In order to find out the user needs and expectations for passenger car and truck drivers with regard to intersection assistance, a questionnaire survey was carried out in six European countries by the INTERSAFE-2 consortium. Furthermore, users’ impressions and attitudes towards potential intersection assistance were evaluated by means of this questionnaire.
